The great Rod Strickland - perhaps the unluckiest guy in NBA history to not make an All-Star appearance. This is a feature from TNT's Inside the NBA (Feb, 1996). Rod was named second-team All-Rookie (1989) and second-team All-NBA (1998). Wonderful player.
